Funny guys with solid advice

Started listening about 6 months ago. I took their advice on my training. I was training 5 days a week (upper, lower, pull, push, legs) and doing well. I decided to try (upper, lower, upper, lower, upper) with 3 sets of each compound movement and not to failure. I was less tired and felt better. I saw great results after a month. And I’m 45 (not young). I was sold on these guys. Plus they talk about interesting current events, nutrition and others.

Update (2/28/21) it’s has been almost 2 years since I started listening to Mind Pump and it changed my fitness. Last year I bought 3 MAPS program and have enjoyed the structure and advice. I see results and my focus is not to get hurt and continue feeling strong. I’m 46 now and feel strong and better than when I was in my 20s.
More importantly I enjoy listening to the guys general conversations, they are “hella” (nor cal) good. Keep it up guys, you guys are the best.

exactly what I needed

So I just listened to my 150th episode!! I cannot say enough good things about this podcast, the three co-hosts, and Doug the Producer. When COVID-19 hit I worked really hard to transfer from a 4-5 day gym routine to a home workout routine while everyone close to me completely stepped away from fitness. I was working out in my apartment living room while my roommates who used to be gym-buddies walked over me. I felt alone and discouraged. In August I moved across the country for school and my loneliness increased infinitely (gyms still closed, school online — it was rough). It was then that I found Mind Pump. All of a sudden, through listening to the podcasts, I felt like I was part of a community again. They provided so many resources and so much information and encouragement that came to me when I seriously needed support. This group is hilarious, helpful, down to earth, and REAL. I’m excited every time there’s a new episode and when there isn’t (which is rare) I immensely enjoy listening to older episodes. Thank you so much, you guys. I have learned so much and wouldn’t be where I am now without your podcasts — physically and mentally.

Life Changing

I can honestly say that these guys have changed my life! I have dealt with weight issues my entire life. But through their podcast I have learned to maintain a much healthier metabolism.

I initially started listening to just to get exercise advice . However these guys have helped me learn so much more about pursuing a healthy lifestyle! Thanks Mind Pump, you guys are the best!
