Best well rounded podcast

I’ve been listening for years. I love the raw fitness knowledge as well as the banter. Recently I’ve been giving my husband fitness advice but he doesn’t really follow what I tell him. So recently I started playing the podcast anytime we are in the car together. I think he’s starting to understand what I’ve been trying to tell him. It only took 3 other men saying it 😂😂
