    This week's episode Sina is guiding you through a Sleep Hypnosis to reprogram your mind for deep self worth and trust in your own capacity and the guidance of the universe. What is Hypnosis: 

    Hypnosis is a powerful way to connect to the subconscious mind to reprogram our thoughts behaviors, actions, and more. Being in a state of hypnosis is associated with increased theta wave activity. During Hypnosis you enter a deep state of relaxation., and your brain begins to shift activity in its brainwaves.

    What you need to know: 

    It is safe. You are always in control. You will just feel very relaxed. 

    Please DO NOT LISTEN while DRIVING or OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY. 

    I recommend you to do this hypnosis on a continuous basis while falling asleep for major shifts in your reality.
