Easing Into the New You: Finding Purpose After Profound Loss

When life shatters through unimaginable loss, how do you begin again? In this powerful and heartfelt conversation, grief and wellness coach Tina Weller shares how losing both her husband and son led her to redefine purpose and transform her pain into healing for others. Blending her background in psychology, energy healing, and decades of hospice work, Tina reveals how "easing into the new you" is not about forgetting what was—but learning to live forward while carrying love and memory with grace. From turning a shuttle bus once used for her son's care into the "Miracle Bus" that now carries her mission of hope across the U.S., Tina's story reminds us that even through grief, we can find clarity, courage, and connection again. Through vulnerability and wisdom, Tina invites others to honor their emotions, say their loved ones' names, and accept that healing is not linear. Her compassionate message urges us to take one small step at a time toward rediscovering ourselves after loss—and to remember that it's never too late to begin again.   Key Takeaways Healing begins with accepting that life has changed forever while still cherishing what was. Support systems, including faith and community, play a vital role in navigating grief. Offering practical help—rather than just asking "what do you need?"—is a powerful way to comfort the bereaved. Transformation often comes from service: turning one's personal loss into support for others. Saying a loved one's name keeps their memory alive and eases the fear of forgetting. About the Guest:  Tina Weller is a Grief and Wellness Coach who walks beside those navigating life after profound personal loss. Having lost both her husband and her son, Tina has transformed her own heartbreak into a mission of hope. With a background in psychology, coaching, and energy healing, she helps others find clarity, purpose, and the courage to embrace what's next while honoring what was. 3. Issues in the Tissues: Healing the Body from the Inside Out

    10/28/2025

Issues in the Tissues: Healing the Body from the Inside Out

What if your body could reveal the hidden emotions that shape your health? In this powerful conversation, healthspan coach and two-time bestselling author Haleh Houshim shares her transformative journey from being bedridden to becoming a living testament to holistic healing and longevity. Having overcome autoimmune challenges and domestic violence without relying on medication, Haleh teaches that true wellness begins by healing the emotional wounds stored in our bodies — what she calls the "issues in our tissues." Through mindfulness, self-love, and connecting with nature, she reminds us that every person holds the power to regenerate, realign, and live a life of vitality and purpose. Haleh's story is both humbling and inspiring. She speaks about the importance of self-love as the foundation for health, the role of the subconscious in shaping physical well-being, and the freedom that comes from releasing old emotional patterns. Guided by mentors, she now empowers others to balance their nervous systems, reconnect with their inner truth, and expand their "healthspan" — the number of years lived in joy, not just existence. Key Takeaways: Emotional pain and suppressed stress often manifest physically, creating illness or chronic fatigue. True healing begins with self-awareness and compassion, not medication or quick fixes. Daily grounding practices like journaling, mindful breathing, and connecting with nature help restore nervous system balance. Self-love directly influences vitality, energy, and even financial well-being. You are the master creator of your life — healing and longevity begin with remembering your own power.   About the Guest:  Haleh Houshim is a Healthspan Coach and two-time bestselling author with a bold vision of living beyond 200 years — not just in years, but in vibrant quality of life. Having overcome profound challenges, including being bedridden in 2011 and surviving domestic violence in her twenties, Haleh has transformed her pain into purpose. Now 56 and never having taken medication, she radiates boundless energy and an unwavering passion for empowering others. Rooted in self-love, strengthened by the support of her "King," and driven by a mission to impact billions, Haleh guides others to live with vitality, purpose, and joy. Through her work, she helps people awaken their highest potential and experience their best health and most fulfilling life. Akashic Transmission: The Collective Soul of Earth – March 2025

There is a trembling beneath the surface of things. A hum. A rising. The world is not breaking— She is becoming. The old systems, built on separation, scarcity, and fear, are now being held up to the light. Not to shame them. But to release them. Like dead leaves falling from a tree that knows it's time to bloom again. The collective soul of humanity is standing at a threshold— one foot in the story of survival, and one foot in the story of remembrance. Remembering the interconnectedness of all things. Remembering the truth that we belong to one another. Remembering that softness is not weakness, and that love is the highest intelligence of the universe. There is grief in this process. Deep, ancestral grief. Grief for what was lost, for what was silenced, for what was never allowed to be. But grief is not the end. Grief is the alchemical gateway. Right now, the Earth is inviting us not to rush into action… but to feel what we've numbed. To sit in sacred pause. To restore what was severed. And in the quiet… A new frequency is anchoring. It sounds like children laughing without fear. It smells like wet soil after rain. It feels like bare feet on sacred ground, and hands reaching out instead of pulling away. The Earth is not asking for perfection. She is asking for presence. For communion. For sacred care. She is calling in the healers. The artists. The guides. The ones who walk between worlds. The ones who remember how to listen to trees and stars. If you are reading this, you are one of them. Your role is not to save the world. Your role is to love it back into harmony— one breath, one word, one act of grace at a time.      Ritual of Collective Remembrance & Recalibration  A Soul Alchemist Ceremony for the Healing of Earth and Humanity You may do this alone, with a small group, or invite others to create a circle across time and space. Use sacred tools that feel aligned: a candle, earth, water, a crystal, or flower petals. Set the space with intention. This is a holy act.   1. Light the Flame of Presence Hold a candle in your hands. Say aloud: "I call in the light of remembrance. I am here to feel, to honor, to restore. I offer this light to the Earth, to the ancestors, and to the generations yet to come." Place the candle before you and take three deep breaths—into your belly, your heart, your womb or root.   2. Touch the Earth (or a stone, leaf, or soil) Feel her pulse. Whisper: "You are not forgotten. I am listening now. May my body become a bridge between worlds. May my actions become prayers."   3. Water of Release Have a small bowl of water nearby. Gently touch it. Close your eyes and silently offer a grief, a fear, a pain—your own, or the world's. Whisper: "I offer this sorrow to the waters of change. Let what is ready to flow… flow. Let what is no longer mine… be washed away." Dip your fingers in the water and anoint your heart, crown, or third eye.   4. Breath of Recalibration Inhale deeply: Truth. Exhale softly: Love. Repeat three times. Then say: "I now align with the rhythm of Earth. I remember who I am. I choose to walk forward as a vessel of harmony."    5. Speak the Earth's Invitation Say aloud: "I am not here to save the world. I am here to love it back into balance. One breath, One word, One act of grace at a time."   6. Closing Gesture Place both hands over your heart. Smile softly—not from the lips, but from the soul. Imagine a golden ripple moving outward from your heart across oceans, lands, skies. Say: "And so it is. And so we rise. Together." Blow out the candle with reverence, and feel the quiet echo of peace settle in your bones.

  5. When Grief Strikes Late: Understanding Delayed Healing

    03/17/2025

When Grief Strikes Late: Understanding Delayed Healing

Grief is not just an emotional experience—it transforms the body, mind, and soul. In this episode of The Grief Alchemist Podcast, Adele Anderson welcomes Jan Janzen, who shares her deeply personal journey through grief after the loss of her husband. Despite a lifetime of personal development, Jan was unprepared for the overwhelming and unpredictable nature of grief. She describes the unexpected emotional collapse she experienced long after her husband's passing and how she struggled with feelings of isolation, anxiety, and physical distress before discovering somatic healing. Jan recounts how attending The Bridge retreat became a turning point, helping her process grief in a way she never thought possible. Through somatic exercises, guided reflection, and intentional shifts in her emotional state, she found a pathway to healing. Now, having integrated these practices into her daily life, she has rediscovered joy, creativity, and a renewed sense of purpose. This episode sheds light on how grief is stored in the body, why healing requires more than intellectual understanding, and how transformation is possible for those who feel stuck in their sorrow. Key Takeaways: Grief is not a linear process, and delayed onset grief can emerge long after the initial loss. Physical symptoms of grief, such as restlessness, sleeplessness, and claustrophobia, can be overwhelming and often misunderstood. Somatic practices, including structured movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, can shift the emotional state and bring relief. Healing from grief requires more than knowledge; it requires engaging the body in the process of release. Returning to joy—whether through music, art, or movement—signals the deep integration of grief and healing. ·        Grief isn't just emotional; it's stored in the body. 90% Of Our Success Can be Limited By Trauma

Trauma, often lurking in the depths of our subconscious mind, acts as a formidable barrier to our success and well-being. It erects a screen saver, a shield of sorts, that tells us we are no longer safe to take risks or protect ourselves. Despite the integral role of risk in personal growth, we find ourselves paralyzed by resistance, trapped in a cycle of fear and helplessness.   This inner turmoil manifests in various ways. We may fear appearing weak or vulnerable, so we resort to procrastination, self-sabotage, or negative coping mechanisms aimed at numbing the discomfort that accompanies our pain. These behaviors, though seemingly protective, only serve to perpetuate the magnetic energy of trauma within us, keeping us bound in its grip.   But there is hope. By implementing therapeutic principles, we can begin to dismantle the barriers that trauma has erected and pave the way for healing and transformation.   Rule #1: Calm Yourself Through Breath The breath, a powerful tool for regulating our nervous system, holds the key to calming the storm within. Long, slow breaths signal to our fear-driven brain to relax, lowering heart rate, respiration, body temperature, and anxiety levels. Through conscious breathing, we can anchor ourselves in the present moment, cultivating a sense of peace and stability amidst the chaos.   Rule #2: Ground Yourself Through Sensory Awareness Grounding techniques, rooted in mindfulness and sensory awareness, enable us to reconnect with the present moment and anchor ourselves in reality. By paying attention to the sensations in our body—what we see, hear, smell, taste, and feel—we shift our focus away from the tumult of our emotions and into the realm of the here and now. This shift activates our neocortex, the seat of rational thought and problem-solving, allowing us to gain perspective and distance from our overwhelming feelings.   The Science Behind It: The process of identification, or naming our emotions, is a function of the neocortex. When we find ourselves caught up in the throes of intense emotions, we are operating from the middle brain, where instinct and survival mechanisms reign supreme. By learning to shift our attention to the frontal brain, we create a cognitive separation from our emotional experiences, empowering us to navigate them with greater clarity and resilience.   Rule #3: Acknowledge and Explore Your Feelings Acknowledging our feelings is the first step towards understanding and healing them. Take note of when and where certain emotions arise in your life, and explore the underlying meaning and significance behind them. By shining a light on our emotional landscape, we gain insight into the patterns and triggers that perpetuate our trauma, paving the way for deeper healing and self-discovery.   In conclusion, while trauma may cast a long shadow over our lives, it need not define our destiny. Through intentional practice, self-awareness, and compassion, we can begin to dismantle the barriers that hold us back and reclaim our innate capacity for growth, resilience, and inner peace. **Adele Anderson: Empowerment Speaker and Grief Resilience Expert**   Adele Anderson, an NLP Trainer, Homeopath, and Life and Death Coach, is a captivating speaker and grief resilience expert with a unique perspective on navigating profound loss.
