    In today's episode I talk about the importance of our identities when it comes to our goals. When we attach descriptions after "I am", our subconscious minds take everything we say to ourselves literally. So whatever you say after I am, your subconscious mind will get to work to continue to replay that story in your life. Tune into today's episode where I go deeper into this as well as giving you an example of the be, do, have model and how it plays a role in our identity. 

    I also announce in this episode that I'm not taking 1:1 coaching clients. I've recently niched down in my coaching business to help women who want more from life and want to pursue something for themselves. I specifically help women reach their professional goals. I help them from feeling overwhelmed, fearful, stuck, by reprograming their beliefs to have the tools and strategies and an action plan to pursue their professional goals.

So motivating!

I loved listening to your podcast cast this morning while driving with my kids around the city! I love the whole planning ahead of time and writing down on our journal where, what and when to do what we want to accomplish for the day or the days ahead. I also had a really dirty room I’ve made excuses cleaning it for the past week! This motivated me to clean it! Because it did really make me realize, the more I say I’ll do it later it will never happen!!! Can’t wait to listen to your podcasts every Friday!
