So motivating!

I loved listening to your podcast cast this morning while driving with my kids around the city! I love the whole planning ahead of time and writing down on our journal where, what and when to do what we want to accomplish for the day or the days ahead. I also had a really dirty room I’ve made excuses cleaning it for the past week! This motivated me to clean it! Because it did really make me realize, the more I say I’ll do it later it will never happen!!! Can’t wait to listen to your podcasts every Friday!

Inspiring podcast!

I really enjoy this podcast. I feel empowered to reflect more carefully about my thoughts and the way they can negatively or positively shape my life. In our current times, it is particularly important to consider ways to feel more positive about the future.
