A voice of reason

Steph’s podcast is a voice of reason in a world full of dieting nonsense and noise. I have learned so much from her in terms of body image, taking care of myself and so much more. Anytime I feel lost or unsure with myself and have body or food issues listening to Steph’s podcasts help a lot in grounding me.
