Getting older, getting healthier

As I see myself idle and not very active the last three years or so, I turned to Dan the man for some help a couple months ago on my nutrition and exercise. I have been able to loose 10 lbs, I can feel my muscles coming back and they are thanking me. I am sleeping better and feeling great again. I know that when I have grandkids I want to be active and be able to keep up with them and be a fun grandma. Love the 5 pillars and what Dan is teaching. Very insightful and helpful for sure.

Honestly love Dan and all his Content! What makes this podcast so great is that I can tell that he isn’t just trying to share what he knows but he is also making it a mission to continue and grow and practice what he teaches!
