Give Yourself a Break
Give yourself a break this holiday season! This week I talk about crazy life and the pressure to create a magical holiday experience for my daughter. The pressure to buy the perfect gift, attend all the holiday events, and create a sense of magic is intense! I am enjoying the season with a whole new perspective through her eyes but want to slow down and take a minute to consider what is actually important for our family. How much of these core memories are quality time spent vs being a huge event?
I also share about feeling "cloudy" lately and trying to accept myself through the tough times, as well as, how I've started to come out of it.
