Was so happy to have this Mindful Mama Conversation with my Dad!  Listen in to hear

how the job of teacher and coach, what he always wanted to do, was exactly how he approached

all the positions he has held!  He has touched  many people in his life from his career at Frito-Lay, to his role

as dad and Papa, and Coach Bob to many on baseball and football fields!  These days you can find him four mornings a week 

stocking bread and beer at our local King Soopers, volunteering for a hospice thrift store in Boulder twice a week, of course in the warm 

weather months tending to his beautiful yard... Does he or doesn't he mow every day?, enjoying coffee or breakfast with my mom and/or 

some of his many friends, and most definitely taking in the latest new movie or TV series as a way to relax.
