    Michael and Ron met in 2011 through Michael's executive coaching work and have maintained a friendship ever since.

    Dr. Michael Baime, is a clinical associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and founder of The Penn Program for Mindfulness. Founded in 1992, the program was designed to help patients with serious health conditions cope with the stress, pain, and losses associated with illness. Now open to anyone, the program has trained more than 10,000 people in mindfulness-based stress management.
