    Guided Self Love Meditation to Actually Bring Acceptance Immediately Are you looking for a guided self-love meditation? Maybe you are practicing self-love in your daily life and want to grow it. Within this meditation, you will learn a few self-love mantras that you can bring into your everyday routine. Not only will you learn a new mantra, but you will learn some positive affirmations for self-love. Guided Self Love Meditation for Beginners to Support Building their Practice Practicing self-love can seem like a daunting task.  Where should you even begin?  We often tend to think of self-love in external acts; like bubble baths and buying yourself something.  Real self-love is about accepting yourself unconditionally.  It is about learning about every part of yourself and embracing those areas.  All versions of yourself blend together to make the beautiful person you see in the mirror. Focus your energy on your feet and breathe in positivity. On the exhale, release any tension that is lingering in your feet.
