    How to Live without Regret

You might think “do what makes you happy... you only live once.” But what happens when other people depend on you? When you have responsibilities, a career, a family, bills to pay… and yet a life that doesn’t quite feel like your own? You can do all the calming things - spa days, meditate, practice “self-care,” regulate your nervous system… BUT “You can’t self-care your way out of a life that is not in alignment.” (Cory Muscara) In this episode, I explore what it means to stop living for other people’s approval, question the cultural conditioning that tells us what our lives are supposed to look like and find a way to honor our responsibilities without abandoning ourselves in the process. Because the goal isn't to blow up your life and “follow your bliss” at the expense of all else. It’s to build a life - to consciously choose HOW - you want to be living. 🌐 Work with Me: jonorsini.com 🔔 Subscribe for a new episode every Wednesday: Mindfulness Unscripted with Jon Orsini (YouTube, Apple, Spotify, Substack) Jon Orsini is an award-winning Broadway actor & Somatic Breathwork Guide on the faculty at Kripalu Center helping you break through internal blocks and regulate your nervous system in real time to feel, perform and live better #breathwork #somaticbreathwork #nervoussystemregulation #anxietyrelief #kripalucenter #stressrelief #somatichealing #meditation This is a public episode.
