    As promised in the last video here is the interview with the talents Kay Littlehales, a learning and development consultant. Apologies for the late delivery, work came up and we were unable to record before. We had such a great time chatting about our experiences with resilience, we also touched on the three key themes: No one cares Nobody is coming It's all about choice I hope you guys enjoy it.
