Mirror Shift

Reva Davis

Welcome to The Mirror Shift Podcast — the space where women come to rewrite the story they see in the mirror. I’m your host, Reva Davis — boudoir photographer, confidence coach, and self-love advocate. This is a show about more than just self-image. It’s about breaking free from the lies we’ve been told about our bodies, our worth, and each other. Because here’s the truth: the mirror doesn’t just reflect our faces — it reflects our beliefs, our stories, and sometimes, our deepest wounds. Every week, we’ll explore how to shift the way you see yourself and other women — from comparison to connection, from shame to empowerment. Together, we’ll have honest conversations about confidence, body love, healing, and learning to take up space unapologetically. So grab your coffee, your journal, or maybe just a quiet moment for yourself… and let’s step into the shift. Because when you change the way you see the woman in the mirror, you change everything.

From Not To Hot: What Happens When Women Change

Welcome back to the Mirror Shift podcast. I'm your host Reva Davis, and today we're getting real about something I've seen again and again, both personally and professionally. What happens when a woman goes from not to hot? And I don't mean just looks, I mean, confidence, growth, energy, and healing. Because when a woman starts changing, maybe she starts working out, eating better, dressing up again, taking care of herself, or finally believing she's worthy. Suddenly, other women treat her differently. Some cheer her on, but others, they get weird, distant, jealous, and even mean. Today we're talking about that shift, the beauty, the backlash, and the truth. It's 2026 and it's time to stop being intimidated by another woman's glow up and start learning from it. And today I am joined by my guest, Caitlin Harley, to unpack all of it. So do you wanna tell us a little bit about yourself? Tell the guest who you are and what you do. Yes. Hello. So my name is Caitlin Harley. I go by Cait and I am a women's one-on-one personal trainer and mindset coach. And I've been doing this now for about three years. It is such rewarding work being an entrepreneur and helping women feel confident in their bodies, not just in the gym, but also how they show up and express themselves in the world, whether it's online and their, all their relationships and yeah, so some things about me outside of. My work and my business is I love being out in nature. I travel a lot and yeah, I'm currently going through a lot of transitions in my own life with evolving my business and kind of taking some of the things that I do outside of the gym, more into my content and just overall mythology, which is just helping people connect deeper to themselves. God, nature, other people and yeah, and that's in more ways than just the gym. So I'm excited to dive into that today.
