In this season of mirrors, we explore our inner worlds. We get comfortable with the deepest parts of ourselves, and piece by piece, we rebuild. Through rebuilding our inner worlds, our outer worlds start to change too. For us, for everyone.

    what your jealousy is actually telling you & how to use it

    I have been experiencing so much extra jealousy lately being freshly postpartum.     Why You Can’t Rush Postpartum Healing (The Messy Transition Into Motherhood)

    When I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant I SWORE I would not let my identity change. I wanted to keep my body, my life, my relationship and my identity as close to unchanged as possible. I started to frantically prepare for postpartum fearing that I would struggle with postpartum depression / postpartum anxiety. I vowed to do everything in my power to have a beautiful pregnancy, birth and postpartum. And I DID have a beautiful pregnancy, labor and birth - yet here I am on the other side, one month postpartum in the middle of an identity crisis. I feel rage, I feel anxiety, I feel fear. Everything has changed. My body, my life, my relationship, my day to day life, my personality lol. BUT amongst all of that I also feel an immense amount of healing. I know this process is leading me exactly to where and who I am meant to be. BUT GIRL IS IT HARDT lol. anyways I hope you enjoy this episode.. just know if you're struggling that its okay. I am too.     Your Fears Are The Key to Your Dreams

    If you have been setting the same intention for months, putting the same dream on your vision board for years yet you feel like something is blocking it or standing directly in front of it - its probably a fear or a trauma that a younger version of you is holding on to in an effort to protect you. Your fears are actually the key to your wildest dreams. Today I share some of my deepest fears (we get personal lol) where they come from and how I am actively working through them and HEALING them with love and awareness.
