After the Archmage disappeared, his second-in-command, the All-Seer, Tolth, took it upon herself to watch over Hyperborea. Her rule established peace, though the resurfacing of the Golden Hand, a fanatical cult to the Elder God of Mirth and Madness, threatens to plunge Eimos into insanity.
