    pondering paranormal happenings.. a discussion of self empowerment, boundaries, and mindfulness..

    greetings.. are we still on earth? could i have possibly had even more paranormal experiences come my way? maybe my open mindedness leaves an actual door open for these things to occur.. these are the topics candee and i are discussing in this episode that doubles as her birthday celebration! aside from that we’re opening up about the importance of boundaries and how we set them.. our outlook on mindfulness as well as a look inward to check in every once in awhile.. it’s all right here!

    a dream that changed my life.. what i thought was a dark time was a metamorphosis. a new beginning..

    our mindset is our most important asset.. our outlook can change everything.. just a few things i’ve come to better realize since we last spoke. in this episode i share some personal moments that have taken place over the past few months that opened my eyes to a new point of view.. i discuss how our environment directly affects our mind, body, and spirit. i share with you a dream i had that ended up setting me free from the confines of feeling trapped inside.. in turn helping me realize the light that we all possess.. and how important it is. feel free to join me on this new journey.. together. from a better more enlightened inner peace of mind.
