    Sacred Clown, By Nature

    New podcast episode out! Been a while, felt nice. New episode was inspired by a bunch of new things rad things I've been working on. Including a major overhaul and upgrades to my website. Including a calendar of events on the home page, and a dedicated Events page where I will be posting my new group meditation gatherings each week.  . So far Monday and Wednesday evenings, and every other Thursday evening I will be hosting and leading Group gatherings in various forms sitting meditation practice and breathwork. All events are free and open to anyone. Wednesday night is Beginner's mindfulness for those who are new to meditation and just wanting to dip their toe in. Monday night will be a guided sit and more advanced breathwork practice for those with experience. Each week will be a new practice from a spectrum of different teachings and traditions. After a short dharma talk and instruction if needed. Sitting meditation will be 30 minutes + each night, followed by breathing practice and subsequent energy body work.  . My intention for this time and energy investment, is to connect with like minded folks who are open to the unknown mysteries of life. To build and create the kind of spiritual and wellness community that I've always wanted to be apart of. To share my first hand knowledge and wisdom gathered through my own experiences working with spiritual and healing practices in hopes of helping others achieve the same kinds of transformative benefits I have.     This week, one of my very best friends traveled up our great state to come visit me in The North. Of California. For my Birthday which was, is on St. Patrick's Day. We ventured out around the city, got out into nature a bit and we did what we do best. We talked. For the last 6 months we've connected deeply through our long, meandering, mutually supportive conversations about all things growth, life, death, consciousness, spiritual practice and realization among a great many other things. We've come to find our connection to be ionically compatible in all the healthy, compassionate, supportive, and sometimes perfectly opposing ways that are mutually beneficial. Allowing us both the perfect safe and supportive space for growth and transformation. I'd been trying to get her to record a chat with me for months, seemed only appropriate that we do so while she was in town. So, we sat down in one of Sacramento's beautiful downtown parks on a beautiful afternoon to record ourselves talking in the manner we typically do. Freely. So please keep in mind this is just casual unstructured chat between friends. Wouldn't be surprised if some found it to be less than coherent or easy to follow. Not sorry.     When it Rayns, it Pours

    Anyone else feel like they have been DYING a new death every day? Of some kind? I know I'm not alone in feeling like the last several weeks have been Rough. Mentally, emotionally, and even physically. I've felt stuck in several places living out fears, worst nightmares, and those good ol' Shadow aspects coming up to be dealt with. Which is why I was super happy to get a break and take a quick trip out to Nashville to connect with some folks that already feel like old friends. Although the energy has been heavy and sticky for all of us, we managed to expand some ideas and set some rad intentions for the future. On this episode I also open up and share a bit about what my journey has been like. What sorts of things Im working through and hoping to get out of this time. Where I find myself stuck most often, and how I try to combat some of these struggles. Also go into my own personal metaphysical beliefs and take on reality, what I've learned about the subconscious mind and what is this work folks are often referring to as "shadow" work. Its history and application in the present. As well as, of course, a ton of ramblings on how we can evolve our perceptions, thoughts, beliefs, and ways we navigate our own subjective and magical experiences of reality! Thanks for listening!
