I like the length of the episodes, the hosts voice (one idea to consider: instead of reading at us...maybe try making bullet points to help you learn it but not memorize it or just read it off and then just tell us the story like you would've friend, rather than reading a script. When it sounds conversational, it may more natural yet professional...and more interesting bc in conversation we change town and inflection versus just reading something word for you.
And you have plenty of experience podcasting considering there are over 130 episodes. Way to go! That's pretty impressive.
Something else to consider: the sound quality is distracting bc it sounds like it is recorded in an empty room or stairwell. It's tinny. It's distracting from the content and narration. I could understand if it was the first 20 or 30 or even 50. So maybe consider recording in a different space or add rugs, curtains, acoustic panels or other sound absorbers, a better mic, etc. This can go from an alright podcast to superior with a couple tweaks.
You already have the talent in picking and researching cases and that can always be taught.
