First, the constant background music is extremely annoying. Second, the fact that the host is not sharing information but instead just talking about herself ad nauseam is equally annoying. What is the purpose of this podcast? To share insightful information about mental health as a means to help others connect and heal, or to have a soapbox for the host to display and voice her self-absorption?
