    On November 8th 2020, I nearly ended my own life. After 1 year of counseling, communication and commitment I have discovered that not all of our thoughts are good. In what will be the first of many episodes in the life or death segment we discuss choosing a tangible hope as a means to move forward. Hope is crucial for us as humans and without it, things get dark real quick.
