    37: 10 Life Lessons on my birthday "We are all divine creators..." and so much more

    It's been a hot minute since I've recorded a solo episode and this is the first one ever that's totally unscripted... I outlines my thoughts and channeled whatever wisdom needed to come through me for your benefit. It was really, really fun to take that leap and place that much trust in myself.     35: ICW astrologer Candice of Ninth House Astrology - "This year and into 2024 is a gateway year with Pluto in Aquarius"

    For this special week of closing the first eclipse portal of 2023, I have brought my stellar astrologer extraordinaire Candice Young of Ninth House Astrology on the pod. We speak about this year's most significant astrological event aka the eclipse portal we're all navigating right now and that caps off on 05/05 with a full moon lunar eclipse in the sign of Scorpio. Candice explains the science behind eclipses plus the astrology aka what the Taurus-Scorpio axis means for us and how we're feeling it (aka this funky, topsy turvy, quantum change kind of energy). "This is the Universe's way of getting us to pay attention - they uproot us, shift us out of our comfort zone..." and we are adding a Mercury Retrograde on top of this rapid change energy.     34: ICW human design reader Analena Fuchs - "We are all meant to be doing what lights us up"

    As a fellow 2/4 Manifesting Generator, I couldn't WAIT to have this conversation with Analena Fuchs, human design reader extraordinaire ✨ We talked about what the heck even IS this weird concept "human design"? In short: a sort of personality assessment tool that integrates spiritual systems like the iChing or even quantum physics... Sounds odd? Well, it can be overwhelming if you try to understand it from all angles... Analena recommends diving into your type first and foremost - there are 5 types - and knowing this can support you to know and trust yourself on a deep, intimate level. Plus, we talk about our unique decision-making processes and how, knowing your strategy and authority can make your life flow in a way you may not yet have experienced... you can optimize how you show up in work, relationships and, life, in general! For me - knowing details about my design as a human, I will never burn out again, I trust the wisdom of my body and my sacral YES and I have come to a deeper level of accepting and loving myself and my "purpose" in this incarnation.     31: ICW Jamie Arrigo - "The antidote to all this division is radical self-responsibility"

    Welcome to a bit of a different vibe this episode... I am in conversation with Jamie Arrigo, photographer and founder of Wake Up High Five Community (a social club for rebellious creatives). We get a bit more political than I normally would, looking at the craziness of the past few years, what we have been through as a global society (and I reveal a bit more about why I left the music industry) and how this has all affected the culture. Jamie and I share an impassioned conversation about integrity, self abandonment (this has been a huge theme for us both in recent years), the importance of inner child work. Jamie shares how abuse has played out in her life and how it has shaped her healing journey to be able to have a better quality of life (starting with her mother wound)... and allowed her to immediately identify government abuse and overreach, empowering her to take her life in a whole new trajectory. Plus how radical self responsibility is the antidote to all this crazy divisiveness we are witnessing across the United States and globe. We talk about being cycle breakers, the collective global awakening (and the collective and individual shadow), the fact that all of this darkness MUST come to the light for us to be able to face it and integrate it... plus we tackle cancel culture as a cultural contagion. Jamie shares her experience of being cancelled from her California life and how it's taught her that we have to surrender to the fact that some people are in a very different life experience than others and it's simply their journey (and not for us to force or judge!). This 25-minute listen is an exercise in sovereignty - an appeal from my heart to yours to step up and into your leadership by taking responsibility for yourself and reclaiming your sovereignty.
