Module 4 - Deep Memory Process Training - Working with Complex Residues of Trauma and Abuse : Dissociation and the Body
Henry Woodcock interviews Transpersonal therapist and trainer Juanita Puddifoot from Energy Gateways. To day she shares aspects of the Deep Memory Process training Module 4 - Working with complex trauma and abuse: dissociation and the body.
In module 4 students learn to recognize and work with different dissociation states that clients may experience on all levels of a persons being - emotionally, mentally, and physically. Recognizing what actually happens to a person psychologically, understanding about clinical “shock” and what kind of symptoms people can experience with post traumatic stress disorder PTSD.
In DMP we learn about the latest research related to trauma and have an awareness of the spiritual and energetic connections. Such as what ‘soul loss’ means and how to work with this. An essential part of DMP is learning about cathartic release and how to work with this and support the client to feel ‘safe’ to express anything that might arise in the session. Such as crying, rage, shouting, kicking, screaming etc. In DMP we learn to help clients release on all levels mental, emotional and physical.
