What a great interview! I loved hearing the authentic wonder and excitement in Dr. J’s voice! The deep concern she has for parents and the children she serves is inspiring and heartfelt. Helping people understand that we are more than our actions and that Brain and nervous system dysregulation can manifest in so many different ways is essential. I love this podcast! This is the real meat of communicating and connecting with families Karin empowers parents to parent well in the normal struggles of life. I love that she de-powers shame parents feel and gives hope and strategies. You rock, Karin!

It’s too late for me to apply what I’m learning from these podcasts to my adult sons but you can be sure my grandkids will benefit. Thank you, Dr. Jakubowski, for doing this!

I know these guest speakers have a lot of good info to share but she keeps inviting people on that rant on and on and on for an hour about medical s stuff using medical terminology without a break at all.
