    Facts Vs Fears

    Which version of you are you operating from? What is controlling your words and actions? As humans, we have a lot of fears. But we cannot make decisions based off those fears. Today I do a deep, deep dive into the three areas of my mind I've become aware of and which one I'm working on utilizing. This is a fun one today, it gets super psychological! So, buckle up!

    Why do we limit ourselves? Why do people have rules? Today, I do a deep dive on the transition from child to adulthood and young adulthood to your 30's. What it means, where you can choose to go, and how we need to open our minds to new possibilities.

    Today is all about my new mantra for parenthood, how I'm allowing myself to stress less- yes allowing because I've found it IS a choice- and how we are teaching our children (slowly) to be better human beings. Oh and a minor update on PT and my physical health.
