Welcome to Monday YA, the young adult book podcast, by a teen, for teens (oh yeah, and her non-bookworm friend, for comedic relief purposes). Every Monday, I’ll post a pocket-sized episode, where I’ll review one or two books, and dive deep into the author’s craft, and how they made that book so great... or not so great. I’ll also get excited about some upcoming YA, and talk about the books at the top of my TBR.

This podcast is witty and fun! With Mckinley’s insightful reviews and great recommendations, and Miche’s priceless humor and entertaining commentary, this is a must-listen for any YA fanatic.

I have found a lot more time to read books recently, and needed some good book recommendations. This podcast does exactly that! Mckinley provides great detailed descriptions of the books and I can usually tell if I would like them or not. This podcast is also the perfect length. With some podcasts that are over an hour, I find that I can’t listen to them in one sitting. This podcast is perfect to listen to while going on a walk or something. I can’t wait for the next episode to come out!
