    Market Crash Coming

    With the Fed increasing interest rates by 0.25% we are already noticing that the yield curve, one of the most reliable forecasters of economic crash, is starting to invert. To be completely honest, this inversion has started before the rate hike, but it's now starting to deepen. Even with it, the Fed is planning to add additional 0.50% increase in May and I expect that we might see market crash as soon as this fall and as late as 2023.     Adding Smart Contracts into Word Press Site

    For a few months I have been wanting to add more crypto functionality to my word press site and have found quite a few plugins but most did not work for me. Some haven't been updated in ages, others were so complex to try and figure out that after a few hours I gave up. Thankfully, I did come across one plugin that seemed to do everything I wanted, from creating my own token to building my NFT collection and marketplace. Plug in is easy to use, tutorials and documentation are great.     House Prices Going Down, Cost To Buy House Going Up... But HOW?

    An interesting conundrum that we are seeing now is that home listing prices are starting to go down while the cost to buy a house is going up. How is that possible? One word: mortgage!  Simply put, mortgage rates are going up and because it's getting more expensive to borrow, buyers are now able to spend less on homes. This is a vicious cycle that will continue to put pressure on home prices. While all of that is happening, we are still having the Fed talk about raising rates and we are seeing that large buyers and investors are grabbing as many properties as they can get their hands on. Why? With inflation going up, having an asset that appreciates over time while keeping the debt burden leveled means that income producing properties become more valuable and profitable over time.
