    After finding out that my ex boyfriend had been disloyal to me in ways I never saw coming or could even think of, I made a decision - a decision that this heartbreaking situation was going to make me and not break me. In all seriousness though this subject; the subject of embracing life's uncertainties and twists and turns is so dear to my heart and had to be the first instalment of Higher With Kaya. Over the last 3 years I have found myself consistently forced into accepting the unexpected and surrendering all control over what I feel my life should be like. From moving countries completely broke, to being betrayed in my relationship and having some crazy amazing things happen on the way I hope that my sharing of these events and my un-consented marriage to the unexpected reminds you of the power of letting go and trusting that everything - even when its bad - is always working in your favour.

    Welcome to Higher with Kaya!

    Hey friends! My name is Kaya and I am a DJ and Coach of 8+ years whose helped people with exercise, mindset and energy all over the world and whose purpose is to connect, share and inspire. In my short life span I've been through some STUFF! Trust me, you name it, I've probably been through it! I'm talking breakups, being homeless, family mental health issues, completely losing my voice, moving countries, life threatening car accidents and much much more - life has definitely lifed for me! And what I know and have learnt time and time again is that our experiences is what gifts us the motivation, inspiration and wisdom that we are all seeking for in our every day lives in order to elevate our lives. So, in the hope to motivate, raise and inspire you this is little ol' me, sharing with you my life experiences, what I've learnt and the wisdom I've gained along the way in the hope to help you elevate.
