We're Becky and Briony, and between us we're training for four marathons, a load of halves (Becky ran 10 in 10 weeks for charity!) and an ultra, while juggling 5 kids between us.     IT'S SPRING MARATHON SEASON and we're excited! A mix of some of our top tips given our hilariously professionally locked in but super super average mum runner performances - as always, we're average runners with above average enthusiam! - so here are all the top tips you need to know to run your first London Marathon (or other marathon!) Grab a cuppa and have a little chatty catch up with us - we've got some interesting bits and pieces on with Becky in the London training trenches but also with Chicago Marathon in the diary for October. Bri may or may not make Newport Marathon this year, but either way we're going to nerd out about running and embarrass ourselves so come join us! If you're worried about fuelling, don't be - this episode and our Sîan Sec one from Season 1 will get you completely ready to go. We also have a little chat about running on social media and how things always need to be bigger and bigger and the power of actually tuning out and recognising the achievement of running a 10k, a half, a marathon, whatever it is - it doesn't always need to be 50 ultras in 5 weeks or whatever instagram is feeding us!
