    The Conversations We Avoid

    Some conversations don’t happen out loud… They happen in our heads. We rehearse them.  We replay them.  We tell ourselves we’ll say something… eventually. But we don’t. In this episode, we’re talking about the conversations we avoid— with our spouse, our kids… and even ourselves. Not because we don’t care…  but because we don’t know how they’re going to go. I share real-life moments from home, the hesitation we all feel, and how the things we don’t say don’t just disappear—they turn into distance.
