I have no words to describe how relatable this podcast is!! Life as a mom is amazing, but also challenging and mentally draining. I just listened to Jessy’s experience with depression, suicidal thoughts and her detailed account of getting help. I literally had to pause and catch my breath. Her experience was my experience to a T!! While it was triggering to hear this, I am grateful to know that I am not alone. Mental illness is real and does not discriminate. Thank you so much for sharing!!

I had so much fun being a guest on this podcast! The work that Jessy and Beth are doing is amazing and they deliver their content in a way that is so relatable to moms everywhere. The honesty, transparency, and vulnerability is a breath of fresh air that is much needed in our culture. When I listen to their episodes I feel so much permission to show up as I am, rather than feeling the need to hide or mask how I am really feeling.
