This podcast series is always interesting, enlightening, and educational. I learn something every time and have new things to think about afterward. Time spent listening to Mothering Earth is well worth it!

Mothering Earth has been one of my favorite radio shows because of the new information and practical tips I've learned about adopting a lifestyle that protects the earth. I'm delighted to know that I can access the podcasts any time on iTunes, instead of waiting for it to air on the radio, where timing has been unpredictable. The show covers far-ranging topics, from gardening with native plants, to the creation of key-hole gardens, to rainwater collection, clothing, food waste, and bicycling, to name only a few. Salwa is a gifted professional, with an engaging style that is effective in eliciting interesting information and stories from even the most taciturn guest speakers. I highly recommend her podcast.

There doesn't seem to be any aspect of sustainable living - from health eating and water conservation to recycling and saving energy. And, the best thing is that we can all end up living in a cleaner, healthier environment. The focus of the show my be Texas Hill Country in and around Austin, but the impact can be global. The information is unbiased and informative, not to mention - free. Gotta love it!
