Best thing to happen to me! -

I struggled with constipation my entire life! Recently had a colonoscopy and the doctor told me to drink more water and eat more fiber, which didn’t work… There was no explanation or advice for the bloating I was having. I sometimes looked pregnant. I was miserable.

I luckily found Roslyn on Instagram and decided to try her Monthly challenge. It is literally the best thing I did for myself! Since doing her challenge in April, my bloating has subsided. I am having daily bowel movements and my diet has changed for the better.

I will forever be grateful to all of what I’ve learned from you!
