Perfectly Suited for Everyone
Listening to the episode with Jeff Garcia, I absolutely became engrossed in how Jeff used “adjust and adapt” to describe his ability to move on from playing professional football, to life post-NFL. This also provided a great instance of adjusting and adapting to his move from one professional league to another - with the timing and appropriateness of Jennifer’s questions, we’re all able to see how to move WITHIN our chosen, professional arena, to inter-professional moves.
As an interviewer, I loved how Jennifer allowed Jeff to talk about his growth, development, and maturation as a professional, while taking the appropriate moments to ask him pertinent, relatable questions - ones that tied in to the Move the Ball theme. The answers, as a result, provide a rich field from which we may ALL draw inspiration, motivation, and the ideas and tactics to put those in motion.
Great episode Jennifer. Nice to see how Kobe was so involved in so many businesses. Enjoyed your interviewing.
