Jef and Jon review movies by randomly rolling on an audience-submitted list.

Puppet Master 4
It's another Full Moon Features picture which means low budget kills and the absolute bare minimum of thrills. Unless you find extremely slow back-and-forth reaction shots between actors and puppets thrilling, in which case you might want to pace yourself on this one.

The Stolen Princess (2018)
Not every cartoon movie funded by a country can be as absolutely bonkers as Sir Billi or Millionaire Dogs. Sometimes you just get a mid Shrek/Disney pastiche.

Morbius (2022)
As requested, we are doing the follow up to the Madame Web watch with a look back at the first sign that maybe Sony just doesn't know what the hell it's doing.

Madame Web
Can this movie truly be as bad as they say? Do we have another Morbius? Can we convince them to release this again in a couple months? One of these questions answered and more in the triumphant return of In Theaters Now.

So very funny!
I love the idea of having to roll randomly on a user submitted list of movies, but feel so bad for Jon and Jef for having to watch so much trash. Keep up the great work!
Movie reviews with a geek sensibility
I always find these entertaining photos Ben though I disagree with their ratings about 30% of the time. They have excellent rapport and often argue about odd tangents. Highly recommended!
The best to ever do it
I started listening to System Mastery after hearing these guys’ ad on The Flop House. Eventually started listening to Movie Mastery as well, and it’s hands down the best movie podcast of them all. They are masters of light energetic well paced chat with frequent hilarious jokes. And their humility and relatability makes them so easy to love.
I tend to prefer the movies I’ve seen over the ones I haven’t. And the spoiler free intro section seems kind of pointless as far as I’m concerned. But those are small quibbles that do not affect my enjoyment of the podcast in the least.
You really get that feeling that they’re making insights that you yourself would’ve made or liked to have made. And again I can’t stress this enough, they’re incredibly funny. This show should be way more populous than it is.
