    Little Women, Blade, and a Boston Accent

    This week on Movie Java, things get delightfully caffeinated and a little unhinged. We open with a Mario Puzo joke that probably made The Godfather groan from beyond the paperback rack. My wife joins me as a special guest to talk about the 1994 Little Women, proving once and for all that bonnets, romance, and emotional damage are timeless. I then step onto my soapbox to defend the Blade trilogy, a set of movies that walked so the modern superhero genre could dramatically brood.
