    "To satisfy myself I needed to remind myself to be a student" -Spenser Theberge.  As a graduate of The Juilliard School, former company member of Netherlands Dans Theater and The Forsythe Company, and now creator and educator, it is safe to say Spenser is an inspiration to all. With his creative mind and passionate spirit, Spenser not only is now on faculty at California Institute of the Arts but he and his partner, Jermaine Spivey, also create work all over America. Take 30 minutes out of your day to connect with this kind soul and hear how he continues to do it all.

    "I want to continue to facilitate the success of others" -Alexandra Wells.  While finishing up her time as Director of Artist Training with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, taking on a new role at Gibney Dance, and continuing to be acting Artistic Director of Springboard Dans Montreal, Alexandra has been guiding artists and curating platforms for years. She has a passion for mentoring and teaching, was a full time faculty member at The Juilliard School for 18 years and created IMAGE TECH for dancers. Alexandra has been helping artists soar for decades. Listen to this incredible woman share her insight on how to succeed in this crazy profession we all love!

    The queen of doing it all, Taryn Kaschock Russell!

Being you is a strength." -Taryn Kaschock Russell.  Taryn started her career as a performer with The Joffrey Ballet and since then has taken over the dance community in many ways! From directing Hubbard Street 2, becoming acting director of The Juilliard School, and now directing the Harkness Dance Center at 92Y, Taryn has been in a place of leadership for many years... and she's done it all while being a rockstar mom to 2! Listen to her inspiring story learning about how to manage her scoliosis, embrace who she was, and now empowering others to do so as well! She is a beacon of light and an inspiration to the dance community.
