I'm suffering from anxiety and clamorous behaviour 🔥💡

Hello friends you are on mr show podcast and as know that i share solely about my activities and experiences through which i undergo . So this episode is all about of my unstability , my confounded mindset . From many days i was feeling so boring and felt like that there's no excitement ,energy and ultimately no reason of living . Wherever i turn , i get the same bleakness environment . And i know it happens plenty in the life of almost everyone where you'd feel so sad , wiped out and you'll see no hope of living and if fortunately if have got something exciting then the chances are that you'd forgotten it very soon . So the same thing was happening with me and recently i reached up at a conclusion of this problem which i've shared in this episode . NOTE - please if you find any grammatical error in this piece of writing and in the audio then apologize me. it's my vulnerability i'm working on it to make it my strength . Be practical -----💡 Good Sense Of Humour🔥

I'm here in a minuscule village in India and one incident occurred with me. So how all this start -- see I was sitting in a bustling group of relatives so in the group everyone was trying to one-up one another and I'd also on the list so I was trying to be a more hilarious guy in the whole group just for getting more attention of all the relatives but at the end, it turned into a complete humiliation of my self-respect after that incident I went right away to quest the reason of behaviour of getting more attention in public so I've realised that I'm spending too much time amid of these guys because I was thinking that this behaviour will make me more superior more noticeable in the whole group so no one can get respect, happiness from this sort of behaviour okay so please pass only the relevant time in the group of your family or whatever the group you have and don't forget to give some time for self-care If you will give too much time too much attention to anyone your relationship with them will suffer so what's the self-care in reality , Self care is a situation where you live with yourself , you do what you likeyou cut yourself from the rest of the world and especially from your knowers I'm not saying that you should not joke in public or family group because if you would not do it then you can be the most staling guy in the whole group so a good sense of humour is amazing skill through which you can bring a big smile on the face of anyone but how much extent it should perform, we all should care of that okay because every one of us is not wanna become a comedian man so be careful I hope you like it thank you for spending some time with us

How should I live in remaining days of my life .

As a student I have a long life to live so i wanna decide a particular attitude towards remaining days of my life . And you know why I am doing it because I thought that plenty or most of the people living their life in the same manner . For example they all busy in the same activities like eating food, busy in sex and another bad stuffs .see food , sex and earning money are very momentous activities for the human survival but they will not make you a bliss man , a man which is full of happiness all the time . All these things can bring you happiness thrill fees excitement but they all are temporary .

Best way of living this life - a new way of looking this life . Part - 1

This podcast is all about the life skill . In which i've discussed about harsh reality of today's world . You know more than 95 peecent people are just replicating the same staling stuff like food , sleep , earning more and more money , sex , etc . These stuffs are so mandatory for almost every creature but for human it's not truth . These things can provide you happieness , thrill ,sequrity , survival , pleasure but solely for temporary basis . You can easily extrapolate the limits of these four things very easily. You can't perform these on daily basis these should not be the centre of your life . So take your time and think can you really happy from these stuffs .
