Mr. Suave's Mod Mod World

I got horribly behind on my Mister Suave and decided recently ato try and catch up. I’ve basically been binging on episodes from 2017, 2018, and 2019. What a fun soundtrack to work by! Want an episode to try out first? Try this one: Blast Off # 434. I think I must have discovered 5 new-to-me bands on that episode alone. Some of my favorite episodes are his cocktail lounge editions and his holiday specials. I also love his iPod shuffle episodes and garage rock episodes. If you’re a snotty mod purist you will be disappointed. He has a more expanded palette than that. But no matter what he plays, it’s almost always interesting, funny or just wow. Enjoy.

I just listened to Episode #416 and the first half was a treasure trove of new music for me. I especially Next Time Around by Stone Foundation and This is Most Certainly True by Michael Simmons.
