Welcome to my podcast and I hope to stick around and live life with me as I am full of life! My podcast will be mostly based on my experience and things that are important to me to talk about but also, I would be getting other people's experience and views too. No pressure on myself on when I will be posting but I will make sure I post every week to ensure I don't overwork myself. I know I have lots of areas to improve so bare with me and remember this is a journey so we are all in it together.     Grace is something that cannot be overlooked. Whatever you do, pray for grace. Grace is undeserved favour and only a few people have attained that gift. I pray you and I are one of those people. However, I try to look at the reality of the situation and this can be deem as though I am not emotional at all. Over time, I do feel like I need to be more positive as being negative can lead to stress and anxiety. Listen to the benefits of being positive and I am sure you can learn one or two things from it.     As humans, we often have expectations of things and we expect because we have done something for something, the same needs to be returned. In theory, that should be the case but in reality, that is not always the case. As I continue to grow older, I have began to adopt a mentality that I will just do things for people from the abundance of my heart and I expect nothing in return. For that reason, anything I do, I will ensure it doesn't cost me my peace of mind or overstretch my budget. Additionally, even though you give humans or people benefit of the doubt, you have to leave a little space in your heart for disappointments as humans are bound to disappoint you one way or the other.     It is important to start accepting people as they are. A lot of times, we want to change people or make them be the way we want, but, we often forget that we are not their creator and they have many good and bad parts regarding them. However, that is not enough reason for them to remain as they are and not want to improve aspects of them that requires improving.
