Pritya is a banker by day and for the past 5 years has been volunteering as a trainer at Enrich HK on the side. Enrich is an award-winning Hong Kong charity promoting the economic empowerment of migrant domestic workers, and in this episode, we talk specifically about the Indonesian Domestic Workers (PMI - Pekerja Migran Indonesia). In this episode, we talk to Pritya about what stood out to her the most throughout her time as a trainer and what keeps her going. We also try and explore reasons as to why these domestic workers are facing the problems they’re facing and what can be done to help alleviate them.
