    After another frustrating low block battle, the reaction around Manchester United has been… completely over the top. In this episode I break down whether the lack of threat against a deep defence is a genuine United problem or just the next tactical hurdle Carrick needs to solve.     Piss Poor Performances and the One Man Who Gained Credit

    Another grim week at Manchester United — and another reminder of just how broken the club feels right now. We get into the Ole and Carrick rumour mill, why Darren Fletcher’s second game somehow looked worse than the first, and a performance that was as flat, slow and disjointed as we’ve seen in years. Amorim had this side completely sussed — and once again United looked like a team reacting, not thinking. There were two exceptions. Lacey and Šeško showed energy, intent and something resembling pride. Two players who looked like they actually cared. We also talk Michael Carrick — is this a wise stabilising move, or a thankless task that only protects the people above him? And in the end, the one person who comes out of this week with any real credit is Ruben Amorim. Not for results — but for honesty, clarity, and saying out loud what the club hierarchy clearly don’t want said. A frustrating listen. A necessary one. And another week that exposes where the real problems at Manchester United actually sit.

This episode is an angry, unfiltered reaction to a club that continues to repeat the same mistakes. A board too weak to stand behind a manager. Executives more comfortable hiding than taking responsibility. And a culture where telling the truth gets you shown the door. This isn’t about tactics or results anymore.
