Physical Health Chat

I’ve chosen to talk about some of my physical health difficulties in this podcast. These difficulties are very very personal to me, I find this very hard to talk about but I do think it’s important that these things are heard and they are discussed. I want these things to be made aware of in the public eye that these things do go on for everyone in the world whether that be IBS and migraines like I struggle with or other physical health difficulties. So I wanted to create some awareness that even people that don’t talk about it this could be going on behind-the-scenes with them. Minimising my Dreams and Goals

When I was younger I use to say I wanted my art work in a gallery one day ! I wanted to draw for Disney and design new characters for film. Then I moved to wanting to editing videos and photos too. I kept being told there was no money in that world unless you make it and that’s really hard to make it. I was scared to share my dreams with the world when I got to age where people wanted a really answer to the question what you want to do with your future. So I went for a more realistic goal how I haven’t sketched in Over a year. My recent live podcast was the first video I’ve edited in years. I’ve been doing high quality photos but I’ve feel I just minimised my goals and ambitions for the real world of adulthood and that is really hard.

I have been thinking lately about the fact the no two life’s are comparable. We are all going through our lives at different paces and we are all at a different stage. I feel in your 20s it is so confusing as some of your friends are having babies , getting homes and getting engaged or others are focused on serious careers and growing. others are enjoy life and being young and single travelling , drinking and partying not that we have been allowed too. It hard to know where you should be at. There are a few different topics of i wanted to cover in this podcast in relation to comparing live. Social media , mental health , life events etc.
