Mum’s Worst Day, created by Nicole Chikwe, is an avenue for mothers to share their stories - things that did not go quite as planned and interesting trials that come with Motherhood. The podcast aims to encourage and uplift women, ease the burden of the ever-present Mum Guilt, and to let them know they are not alone.

Women go through a lot in terms of finding themselves and their identity especially when they get married and start giving birth to kids. She advised that women need to put in the extra effort to make sure they feel good about themselves, do what they love to do, wear what they love to wear and still be an amazing Mum.
Nicole and Taymi B also encouraged women to motivate each other during the motherhood journey.

Nicole and Claire go on about how the efforts mothers put into giving birth and raising children are under-appreciated and how women evaluate their overall performance as mothers. Many women struggle about believing themselves to be good mothers probably due to some experiences which make them feel they failed as mothers.
They also recount the rigours of childbirth and how doctors could show more empathy when dealing with pregnant women and nursing mothers.

The expository conversation stresses the need for mothers to take good care of themselves in order to have the wherewithal to take good care of their children. The rigours of motherhood takes a toll on many mothers and many forget about their physical and mental well-being.
Mothers should take some time out for themselves to rest and engage in recreational activities to escape from the stress of motherhood and other facets of their lives.
Nicole and Osas, who tags her time out as ‘Osas Day’, advise other mothers to live their lives to the fullest.
