    Be a better person - After clearing clutter

    Be a better person today, make better choices. "Codependency is a concept that attempts to characterize imbalanced relationships where one person enables another person's addiction, poor mental health, immaturity, irresponsibility, or under-achievement and/or undermines the other person's relationship.", definition from Wikipedia. If you recognise that you are codependent in any relationships, family, romantic and even work, again.....you cannot change others but you can start with change in yourself. It might seem a challenge but it is doable! Being codependent does not mean that you or the other person does not care but it is a very unhealthy dynamic which often enables coercive control in that relationship. It is not from a place of unconditional love but rather a needs based relationship for either person or group of people. Is it time to move on and heal or are you both in a position to heal.     Time to clear out the clutter - Physical, emotional and spiritual!

    It is time! Time to clear the clutter! Get ready for Summer, with a clear and open mind! Practice clearing out you physical, emotional and spiritual space. By clearing out it also gives you a great opportunity for giving charity from what you have been blessed with and leaves you with less attachments, which always comes from the EGO. The EGO always wants more of whatever it can get for physical gratification. To stop it in its tracks: live simple, love unconditionally and find balance in self-love and caring for others. Don't neglect you spiritual wellbeing either. Give thanks to our Creator, for every breath, for without this most basic of necessities neither of us would be here.     Are you a gossip 🗣? Are you spreading stories or even sometimes lies! STOP ✋🛑! Consider 🤔 why you are doing this, is it the truth, or is it your perception of the truth ⚖? Sometimes it is better to keep things to yourself 🤫, like I have said before, be a keeper of secrets 💼 which have been entrusted to you (that is a high level of responsibility and respect which has been given to you, obviously if it involves harming others then use discretion about what needs to be disclosed). Do not run your mouth 👄 to satisfy the ego, have ill intent, or to gain merit with others. Thank you for listening. x
