Schaefer wasn't any normal officer, he was also a serial killer, who used his power and authority to lure women to their untimely deaths. Schaefer derived pleasure from hurting himself and others, and wrote poems and stories that are believed to be about his sick crimes. He is said to be more heinous than Ted Bundy
