As a non musician I find these podcasts fascinating. They take me into another world of music with all its fascinating code language and professional insights. I have such admiration for the talent of musicians and it increases with each podcast.
I love this new series called Musician Mindset. It's lively back and forth interviews between musicians focusing on the mental aspects of being a musician - setting goals, discipline, creativity, collaboration, and the magic of performance. The first two episodes have been really insightful. There are lots of takeaways for non-musicians like me, and it's fun to listen just as a music fan because it's full of behind the scene stories and fascinating characters.
