    Shining Your Light

    A couple of weeks ago I received heavy criticism for posting something very vulnerable on social media... which sent me into a whirlwind of emotional turmoil, stress and anxiety. 
    None of my regular tools were making me feel better so I did what I know (from experience) to do in these situations: RIDE THE WAVE.
    The wave-riding process was painful but what I learned through it all was invaluable.
    After about a week of angst and processing, I finally calmed down and then realized I had a choice. 
    I could (1) let the judgment define me and go back to playing small; or (2) move forward and continue to shine my light.
    Well, you can guess which route I went with. :)

    I’m BAAAAAAACK!!!
    I took the last 2+ months off from EVERYTHING business / podcast-related and dove head first into DEEP self-healing work.
    I forgot to mention this in the podcast but I even deleted social media from my phone!

    Holiday Hacks Part 3: The Ideal New Year's Resolution

    Resolutions are always a fun way to get motivated and start the new year off right.
    Most of the time we go for a fitness goal which is typically inspired by the extra pounds we put on during the holidays.
    In this episode, I recommend changing things up a little this year by committing to learning and practicing SELF LOVE.
    At the ROOT of all of our problems is lack of self love (e.g. weight gain, relationships, money, addiction, stuckness, etc.).
    We can use diet and exercise to make us temporarily feel better about ourselves but that never accomplishes solid, lasting change in our lives.
    In fact, most people resort right back to being overweight because they never tackled the core problem.

    In most cases, the idea of the holiday season brings us so much joy!
    We eagerly await all the parties, dressing up, eating, time-off, traveling, family gatherings, and so on; but 9 times out of 10, the reality of what it ends up happening is often nowhere close to what we imagined.
    I’ve created a 3-part series on Holiday Hacks to help you get the MOST out of this Christmas period and really enjoy the experience with no regrets.
    In this first of 3 episodes, I talk about easy, daily tips for prioritizing your HEALTH and why that’s so important.
    Of course, we’d benefit from doing that every day of our lives but it’s especially crucial this time of year because we’re presented with more opportunities to make bad decisions.
    Prioritizing our health above all else doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy ourselves at all… it just means we are more conscious about our intentions and can more effectively maximize on all the GOOD parts the holiday season has to offer.

Life Changing!

The information and guests Sidney brings to light in her podcast are life changing! I’ve learned so much about how to heal my body, lift my spirits, and increase my energy in these episodes. Each week Sidney brings her biggest and brightest smile that you can feel through the airwaves. She’s so enlightening and excited to share you feel like you are sitting right across from her. This podcast is a must for your weekly listening!

Anticipate every episode!

I absolutely love listening to these podcasts. They are real. Every person can relate to each episode because they are about real life situations. Sidney’s story is truly inspiring. What she has overcome, and is honest enough to admit she continues to struggle with, is pure motivation that you have the power to change your life no matter how big or small your obstacle is. True story: I was driving and on the brink of a panic attack when I started listening to the episode about tapping. I had never heard of tapping before. I listened to it and was able to reach my destination where I continued to sit in my car and try tapping out. I was able to tap myself right out of that panic attack! I couldn’t believe it. So just listening to that episode alone helped me in so many ways. 💖
