My Innermission
Change is inevitable. But transformation asks something more of us. The My Innermission Podcast explores how we navigate moments of transition—and how those moments can become opportunities not simply to adapt, but to regenerate. Host Colleen Stanevich talks with people who have experienced meaningful personal and professional change, as well as thinkers, leaders, and practitioners exploring what helps people, organizations, and communities truly flourish. Together, we examine change through the lens of living systems: paying attention to the conditions beneath the surface, noticing what has become depleted or no longer serves us, learning what needs to be released, and creating the conditions for something healthier to emerge. Conversations move between the personal and the professional, the individual and the organization, the body and the land—exploring everything from purpose, identity, relationships, and nervous system regulation to leadership, organizational culture, systems change, and regeneration. Because whether we're navigating a transition in our own lives or stewarding change within an organization, the question isn't simply “What needs to change?” It's also: What conditions will allow something to grow in aliveness? My Innermission is a podcast about navigating change, learning from living systems, and cultivating the conditions for people and organizations to sustain, produce, and flourish.
