    Salut my loves and welcome to the last episode of the year 2022! In this episode, I shared 2️⃣4️⃣ tips that I have learned in my 24 years of life 🥰 These life-changing tips have guided me through a beautiful journey of self-discovery and self-love. I tackled topics like boundaries, gut health, positive self-talk, picking up hobbies and more! I want to close off the year with endless gratitude and appreciation for the love and support I have received all year, especially with this podcast. This journey has not been easy but it will continue to blossom in the year 2023! I hope this episode was comforting to some or at least reassuring for a few.
