The book on Attachment was a perfect puzzle piece for me too. Thank you for that episode and your transparency in sharing anxious attachment in your mental health journey. I could listen to Esther talk all day-it doesn’t matter what the topic is I always feel relaxed when I listen to an episode. And as an OG listener of the Great Debates, I’ve loved hearing Dave on the last couple episodes and hope he continues to be on the podcast!
